Meet Limited Edition

• Limited Edition has three kinds of olives combined in this year's proportions, as dictated by the amounts the trees produced. It doesn't include Frantoio.
• Frantoio is a single variety of olive. About half our orchards are Frantoio. We've been bottling Frantoio as its own taste since 2023.
• Our Field Blend combines all four varieties, the proportions recommended by our tasting consultant. We've been bottling Field Blend since 2016
