Refund policy
In general we do not accept returns of perishable goods, such as olive oil or other food products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us (at info@ranchomilagro.us) immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For olive oil shipments that arrive damaged or broken, we need a photo of the box and/or bottle(s) in order to file an insurance claim. We will replace the broken or damaged bottle(s) as soon after you notify us as possible, usually within 10 business days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
For any other issues (spoilage or other defect), we will evaluate your issue. If on evaluation, we agree with the claim, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
