To encourage you purchase a whole case, we're offering 2024 at 30% off. That's $245 for a case of award-winning olive oil. Yes, individual bottles of 2024 are also available, but the big saving comes from buying a case.

Why?

Olive oil loses its status as "extra virgin" two years after it is harvested. We cannot offer the Harvest 2023 as "extra virgin" anymore.

It's still good to eat
Sure, we could send the 2023 off for lab testing to prove to you and us that it's still great oil. And yet, we have Harvest 2025 in barrels, about to be in bottles. Where to put it all? That's the why.

Spring cleaning
Better to give the older oil to the food bank which can manage distribution to soup kitchens and other organizations that feed hungry people, as well as direct delivery to individuals who are food-insecure.

"What am I going to do with twelve 500mL bottles of delicious award-winning oil?"

You may be asking yourself this question. If you're not asking, skip ahead.
There are at least two good answers, if you're in doubt about buying 12 bottles at once:

• Share this opportunity among your community. Engage your neighbors, your sister-in-law who likes to cook, your book club, your softball team (isn't it softball season?) to join with you in buying a case. Three bottles for each of four households is much less scary, and much more budget friendly.
• Give gifts of olive oil this season. Spring holidays here. If you're not cooking, you're probably going to someone's house who is cooking. Bring olive oil.

Olive oil is great for dipping bread or making salad dressing. And, for palate-pleasing appetizers, flavorful main dishes, and yummy desserts! To help you imagine what to do with all that oil, I'm posting recipes that call for a cup (8oz) or more of olive oil. Bring an olive oil cake to Easter or to Seder. Make caponata for the pot luck. And there are lots of other options.

We'll ship. As usual, we send from our cool warehouse via the quickest method. Shipping is calculated as a combination of distance and weight. If you prefer one carrier over another, add your preference to the order notes.

If you want to pick up your oil - choose "pick up" (not shipping) at checkout.
