After you select the number of bottles (or cases), you'll see an opportunity to "+ Add order notes" in your shopping bag. Let us know how many bottles should be gift wrapped (tissue paper and a Rancho Milagro sticker). The rest will just have cushioning when they're shipped.
We do our best to get orders packed and shipped out within 2-3 business days after you place your order.
Once we ship your order, we cannot accept returns, since this is a perishable food product.
Shipping & Returns
We ship via USPS Priority: This choice limits the amount of time that the oil is sitting in some unknown place, perhaps in the heat.
We can also use FedEx or UPS, if you feel that USPS is compromised in your area. Add a note to your order to request a specific service.
NOTE: Costs for shipping are based on both weight of the shipment and distance from our location. For example, shipping to Maine is more expensive for us than shipping to Berkeley, CA.
We add protective packaging around the individual bottles, and at the top and bottom of a case of oil. Usually this is sufficient.
Occasionally we get notice that a bottle (or two) has broken during shipping; please take a photo of the damage and send it to us (email@example.com)
We will use your photo to support our insurance claim.
We will separately ship you the right number of replacement bottles.
